  • Check the cable for damage.
  • Check the power outlet: Check the power supply to the outlet by plugging in a small device such as a mobile phone charger and checking if it charges.
  • Check if there is enough water in the tank and refill if necessary.
  • Has the eject button been pressed? If not, press it.
  • Check if water is being pumped into the hose and if the outlet is blocked.
  • Check if the wastewater tank is full and empty it if necessary.
  • Check if the pipe opening is blocked and clean it if necessary.
  • If the device has been used continuously for an extended period of time, allow it to cool down for 10 minutes and then proceed with cleaning.
  • Check the pipe opening for water leaks at the seal.
  • Check the water tank for damage such as cracks or if water is leaking from the seal.
  • Check if the leaking water is coming from the device itself.
  • Check the connections between the device and the hose, as well as the connection between the hose and the brush head. Replace either the hose or the brush, depending on which part is leaking.

1. Prepare the surface: First, spray water onto the surface to be treated. The water must penetrate deep into the fabric to effectively combat the stains.

2. Soaking time: For stubborn or dried-in stains, let the water and detergent soak in for about 20 minutes before continuing with the treatment.

3. Scrubbing: After thoroughly moistening the surface, scrub the stain with a brush to loosen it.

4. Vacuuming: Vacuum the stain at a 30° angle to the object.

Use cleaning solution: For optimal results, we always recommend using a cleaning solution.

Use this section for any descriptive text you need to fill out your pages or to add introductory headings between other blocks.

  • Activate self-cleaning mode: Simply click the self-cleaning button/water level control.
  • Activate drying mode: Long press on the self-cleaning button/water level control.

Please fully charge the battery before use if the battery is low.

  • The UWANT The D100 is not suitable as a pure vacuum cleaner, as it sprays water during the first five seconds of dry vacuuming to protect the HEPA filter from clogging.
  • To check if water continues to be dispensed after the first 5 seconds, remove the cover over the brush roller, restart the device, select Dry Mode, and check the water flow from the nozzle. If water continues to flow after 5 seconds, the device is defective. In this case, the device must be sent in for inspection and repair.
  • Check if the nozzle or pipe is clogged and clean it.
  • Clean the HEPA components if they become dirty.

1. Please check the following:

  • Check the nozzle: Check if the nozzle is spraying water.

2. Possible causes:

  • No water in the fresh water tank.
  • The sealing ring is missing or installed upside down.
  • The nozzle under the roller cover is blocked.
  • The hose of the fresh water tank is loose.
  • The contact of the HEPA filter is broken.
  • Water pump defective – the appliance must be sent in for inspection and repair.
  • Check that the charging plug is connected correctly.
  • Make sure the device is fully placed in the charging station.
  • Check the connection between the charging head and the charging station for poor contact.
  • Drain the wastewater into the wastewater tank when it is full.
  • Make sure that the HEPA filter and wastewater tank are properly installed.

If the D100 has completely discharged and switched itself off, please follow these steps:

1. Place the D100 on the charging station to start the charging process.
2. The automatic drying function should start after approximately 10 minutes.
3. Within 60–90 minutes, a second bar appears on the display, and the initially flashing orange symbol eventually changes to a continuous green light.

The charging progress is shown by the bars on the display:

· 1 bar = approx. 20%
· 2 bars = approx. 40%
· Up to a full charge (100%)

A full charge takes approximately 6 hoursEnsure that the device remains undisturbed on the charging station.

If the problem persists, there may be a defect. Please contact our Customer support for further support.

The service life of your Uwant D100 varies depending on the operating mode:

  • Dry mode: The battery life can last up to 35 minutes.
  • Smart mode: The battery life is approximately 24 minutes, which is normal.
  • Turbo mode: The battery life is approximately 20 minutes.

The stated battery life of up to 35 minutes refers to the maximum possible duration that can be achieved in dry mode.

To avoid water spots when using the D100, please observe the following recommendations:

1. Use the correct cleaning solution ratio: Make sure you use the correct amount of cleaning solution. For the D100, the recommended ratio is 1:30 (1 liter of water and 30 milliliters of solution). The correct mixture can significantly improve the cleaning result.

2. Use slow and even movements: Try to move the device smoothly and quietly across the floor. This contributes to more even cleaning and reduces the risk of streaks.

3. Adjusting the water level: Depending on the soil type, water streaks may be visible. To minimize these, experiment with the water level settings to find the optimal balance for your specific soil type.

Yes, the D100 can theoretically be used on carpets, however, this is not ideal. If the D100 is used exclusively for vacuuming carpets, this can easily lead to the HEPA filter becoming clogged and impairing suction power. To counteract this, the D100 sprays water onto the brush during the first 5 seconds in dry mode to prevent the HEPA filter from clogging.

This can cause the carpet to become slightly damp, therefore we recommend using the D100 primarily on hard floors.
