URTOPIA Carbon 1 Per rear luggage rack

Easy to assemble, stable enough to support 5 to 10 kilos.

I waited several weeks for the luggage rack to be delivered (the problem was apparently delivery issues at [company name]). Urtopia, because the luggage rack was also unavailable there).
The product arrived well-packaged. Assembly using the included instructions was quick and easy (all necessary mounting hardware was included).
The luggage rack looks very high-quality and matches the Carbon 1 Per.
I'm very satisfied.

A very elegant and high-quality product, it's incredibly easy to assemble. A few minor adjustments still need to be made, but customer service responded quickly. I would have appreciated a recommendation for a bike shop, or at least the option to have the minor adjustment done there free of charge. Unfortunately, no such offer was made.
