ADO AIR 20S/20Pro/20 Ultra luggage rack + mudguards

The quality, the range of products delivered, as well as the processing and speed were all excellent! I would gladly order again...

The luggage rack for the Ado 20s fits perfectly and is easy to install. Tools are included. It looks good, is very sturdy, and all standard panniers fit. The mudguards, however, are questionable. In my opinion, the supplied plastic mudguards are perfectly adequate. The rear one is slightly shorter than the steel one, but therefore easier to handle during transport.
The rear steel mudguard arrived scratched and dented during transport (delivery took 20 days). Very unsightly and unacceptable on such a great bike. Nevertheless, 5 stars. Support responded immediately and offered me new mudguards. For the reasons mentioned above, I declined the exchange. Twopoint offered me a 50% discount, which I gladly accepted.
Five stars for honest and fair support. And five stars for the high-quality luggage rack. Would gladly buy again!
