In case of a defect If you have a problem with the product during the warranty period, please contact us via our email address or our website. If your product is not directly from Twopoint Store If the item was purchased, please contact your seller. Please submit us In case of a complaint, always include a detailed description of the defect and your order details (name, order number and order date).

What happens next??

If you have a By submitting a complaint, you understand and accept that you may need to return or ship the product to us or our authorized service company for further examination.

If the product has material or workmanship defects and your claim is received within the warranty period, Twopoint Store will be responsible for repair and replacement, as well as shipping to and from your location (only within the country or region where the product was originally purchased).

Twopoint Store will be at their own discretion:

  • repair the product with new or refurbished parts or
  • replace the product with a new product or with a product made from new or refurbished parts that is at least functionally equivalent to the original product, or
  • replace the product with a new and improved model that has at least an equivalent or improved function as the original product.

Which defects are not compensated?

Each complaint is assessed individually by us; however, the following complaints are not covered by the warranty.

  • Incorrect or excessive use of the article
  • Always read the product's instruction manual before use!
