Warranty & Complaints
Warranty period :
The statutory warranty period is two years.
How to submit your complaint:
In case of a defect in the product during the warranty period, please contact us via our email address or via our website. If your product was not purchased directly from Twopoint Store, please contact your seller. In the event of a complaint, please always provide us with a detailed description of the defect and your order details (name, order number and order date).
What happens next ?
If you file a claim, you understand and agree that you may be required to return or ship the product to us or our authorized service company for further inspection.
If the product is defective in materials or workmanship and your claim is received within the warranty period, Twopoint Store will be responsible for repair and replacement, as well as shipping to and from your location (only within the country or region where the product was originally purchased).
Twopoint Store will, at its sole discretion:
- repair the product with new or reconditioned parts or
- replace the product with a new product or with a product manufactured from new or reconditioned parts that is at least functionally equivalent to the original product, or
- replace the product with a new and improved model that has at least one equivalent or improved function as the original product.
Which defects are not compensated?
Each complaint is assessed individually by us, however the following complaints are not covered by the warranty
- Incorrect or excessive use of the article
- Always read the product's instruction manual before use!
