Warranty period
The statutory warranty is two years from receipt of the product.
Here's how to submit your complaint
In case of a defect in the product during the warranty period, please contact us via our email address or via our website.
If your product not directly at
In case of a complaint, please always send us the following information:

one detailed error description of the defect

Her Order data (Name, order number and order date)
What happens next?
When you submit a claim, you understand and accept that you may need to return or send the product to us or our authorized service company for further inspection.
If the product has material or manufacturing defects and your claim is received within the warranty period,

repair the product with new or refurbished parts or

to replace the product with a new product or with a product made from new or refurbished parts that is at least functionally equivalent to the original product. or

replace the product with a new and improved model that has at least an equivalent or improved function as the original product.
Which defects are not compensated?
We assess each complaint individually. However, the following complaints are generally not considered valid. not into the warranty:

Incorrect or excessive use of the article

Wear parts or normal wear and tear

Damage caused by improper handling, Falls or accidents

Failure to follow the operating instructions Always read the product's instruction manual before use!
Warranty, exchange and after-sales deliveries
Warranty and after-sales services such as replacement shipments, replacement devices or spare parts can generally be only within our regular shipping and service area be provided.
Provided the exchange or after-sales delivery to the same country As with the original order, we usually handle the shipping directly under warranty.
However, if the exchange or after-sales delivery is requested to a different country than the original order country, additional shipping costs may apply. In such cases, we reserve the right to invoice the additional shipping costs before shipment or to request an alternative delivery address in the original country of order or within our regular service area.
Deliveries to the following countries are excluded:

Islands, overseas territories and special tax territories

Malta and Cyprus

Spanish or Portuguese island regions and overseas territories
Should a customer after purchase move to a region that cannot be supplied, For warranty or replacement shipments, an alternative delivery address within our regular shipping and service area is required. Direct delivery to a new address outside our service area is unfortunately not possible.
For products with integrated batteries or other components with shipping restrictions Additional restrictions may apply. In such cases, we reserve the right to refuse shipment if delivery is not possible for logistical, customs, or hazardous materials reasons.
