To ensure the optimal use of the features of the Urtopia We offer smart e-bikes such as navigation, GPS tracking and Find My Bike with every new Urtopia E-Bike offers a free 1-year Connect service.

The remaining validity period of your Connect service can be checked at any time in the [Connect] section in the Urtopia APP can be found.

To extend your Connect Service, you can purchase the [One-Year Connect Service] in the [Urshopia] section of the Urtopia APP Store and order the service. Please note that the version of your Urtopia-APP must be updated to version 2.9.3.
