As you know, the most important feature of our bikes is their lightweight design. A mid-mounted motor is heavy, and the frame can be very bulky at the bottom bracket. Our team has developed unique algorithms that make the riding experience of our rear hub motor comparable to that of a mid-engine. This is the reason why many people Urtopia still like it very much after driving.

Urtopia is a technology-based company. We don't make ordinary e-bikes, whether it's the design or the manufacturing of accessories. As you can see, we invest in design and innovation and choose independent development, independent creation, and independent design rather than the public mill within the factory. Even though this approach involves higher costs and risks, this is the difference between Urtopia and other e-bikes.

You can easily switch between the five power modes (Pedal, Eco, Comfort, Sport, and Turbo) with a click or via voice control. The most powerful Turbo mode of Urtopia Allows you to ride comfortably with little or no pedaling. To comply with the laws of different countries, two speed modes are available (16 mph / 25 km/h for the European version and 20 mph / 32 km/h for the US version).

It takes 3 hours to charge the battery. Based on laboratory tests, our e-bikes can travel up to 75 miles on a single charge under perfect conditions. Actual results will vary depending on weight, weather, terrain, mode, riding style, and battery care.

We use Samsung battery cells in all Urtopia E-bikes. A lithium battery consists of two main components: the cell and the protection circuit board (PCM). The cell is a semi-finished product and cannot be used directly as a battery, but only as a power supply. It must be combined with the protection circuit and the housing packaging to form a finished battery.

Samsung only produces cells, not housings, so there's no Samsung logo on the housing. The battery is a very important part of the e-bike, so we chose the best brand on the market, Samsung.

Urtopia Chord It is equipped with a Tektro hydraulic braking system on the front and rear axles, which is more reliable than rim brakes or V-brakes, providing a faster and safer riding experience. The cost is also higher, but we believe that the brake is a very important part of the electric bike that affects customer safety. Therefore, we consider it very necessary, even if it is more expensive.

The front light complies with German road traffic regulations (StVZO). The rear light is a standard rear light (complies with German traffic regulations), which is included in the e-bike package and can be easily installed by yourself.

For carbon bikes
It includes the front wheel, 90% assembled bike frame, seat post & saddle, charger, removable battery, pedals, frame bag also as the tools and spare parts bag, and battery wrench.

The frame bag contains everything you need to assemble the bike: #Allen key No. 4, front wheel quick release, 15mm wrench and some spare parts.

For the Carbon 1 Per
Includes the front wheel, 90% assembled frame, kickstand, fenders, seat post and saddle, charger, removable battery, pedals and battery key.

You can either remove it from the bike and charge it or charge it directly on the bike.

It takes 2.5 hours to charge the battery. Based on laboratory tests, our e-bikes are capable of traveling up to 62 miles (100 km) on a single charge under perfect conditions. Actual results may vary depending on weight, weather, terrain, mode, riding style, and battery care.

The headlight complies with German road traffic regulations (StVZO). For the rear bicycle light, we have our own safety light system called ARES (Advanced Rear Early-indication System), which consists of a red position light and two projection lights to indicate turning directions.

Please make sure your fingers and the button are dry and clean. You can also re-capture the fingerprint from different angles to increase the recognition rate.

1. If the Power Assist function does not work:

  • A low battery level may prevent support from being provided. Please charge the battery.
  • If the battery indicator shows normal battery level but the battery level on the Smartbar is empty, remove the battery and reinsert it after 5 seconds.
  • If the battery level is normal and the speed is displayed correctly, but the Power Assist system still does not work, contact us at support@twopoint.store

1. If the brake disc touches the brake pads

  • Loosen the brake bolt, turn the wheel, and squeeze the brake lever. Partially tighten the brake bolts while holding the brake lever.
  • Adjust the brake position with your fingers, then slowly rotate the wheel to check the clearance between the two pads and the disc. Make sure the clearances are equal on both sides.
  • Tighten the brake screws completely.
  • If the problem persists, the disc is bent. You'll need to adjust or replace the brake disc.

2. Insufficient braking power

  • Insufficient hydraulic oil or air bubbles in the brake system. Please replace the hydraulic oil and make sure there is no air in the brake system.
  • Brake pad contaminated with oil. Clean with professional brake cleaner or replace the brake pads and disc.
  • A new brake disc must be used for several kilometers to reach normal operating condition.

1. If you have not registered your fingerprint:

  • Please remove the battery and check the indicator on the battery. If it's red, please charge the battery until it turns green or blue and try again.
  • If the issue persists, remove the battery for 72 hours and then reinsert it. Then, update your firmware to the latest version as soon as possible.
  • If the problem persists, please contact support@twopoint.store

2. If your fingerprint has been successfully registered:

  • Make sure your finger is clean and then press the fingerprint button to turn on the bike.
  • If the issue persists, please remove the battery and let it sit for 72 hours. Then reinsert it and update your firmware to the latest version as soon as possible.

We use the Gates Carbon Drive™ belt for power transmission. It's very durable and won't break under normal use for up to 30,000 km (at least 5-7 years).
