To avoid water stains when using the D100, please follow these recommendations:

1. Use the correct ratio of cleaning solution: Make sure you use the correct amount of cleaning solution. For the D100, the recommended ratio is 1:30 (1 liter of water and 30 milliliters of solution). The right mixture can significantly improve the cleaning result.

2. Use slow and smooth movements: Try to move the device evenly and smoothly across the floor. This will help to clean more evenly and reduce the risk of streaking.

3. Adjust water level: Depending on your soil type, water streaks may be visible. To minimize these, experiment with the water level settings to find the optimal balance for your particular soil type.

Yes, the D100 can theoretically be used on carpets, but this is not ideal. If the D100 is only used to vacuum carpets, this can easily lead to the HEPA filter becoming clogged and affecting suction power. To counteract this, the D100 sprays water onto the brush during the first 5 seconds in dry mode to prevent the HEPA filter from becoming clogged.

This can cause the carpet to become slightly wet, so we recommend using the D100 primarily on hard floors.
