Hello, unfortunately, strong odors sometimes emanate from the toilet. Also, some parts were missing. The stairs were sent later, but I don't know if they contain a fragrance or perfume. Honestly, I'm disappointed. :(((

Odors can naturally occur in a cat litter box, especially immediately after use. However, the UV light and activated carbon filter actively work to reduce these odors. It may take some time for unpleasant smells to disappear completely.

If any parts are missing, we recommend contacting our customer support directly. Ideally, please send us photos of the delivered goods so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

The staircase was not sent subsequently, but was shipped separately, which is a normal procedure.

The litter box works great, but the stairs were not included!

Unfortunately, parts of the order still haven't been delivered. The staircase is still missing. Therefore, only 3 stars.

Fantastic work simplification

After much deliberation and extensive research, I finally decided on this automatic cat litter box.

Admittedly, I was very skeptical about the effort involved, whether my cat would accept the litter box, etc. It's not cheap, and once it's used, there's no going back... so I thought it was a "risky purchase"... but things turned out differently:

The fact that I even took this "risk" was certainly also due to the colleague on the phone at the shop. You can tell when someone knows their stuff and wants the customer to be satisfied... and that's not something you see every day anymore. Five stars for her too. Twopoint!

Now back to the toilet. It arrived quickly and well-packaged. The workmanship is decent and the design is well thought out.

Unpacked, connected, read the instructions... connected to the 2.4 GHz WLAN (every normal router has this, even the new ones for compatibility reasons), filled with litter (bentonite works great) and configured in the app according to my understanding.

I placed the old litter box next to it and waited. My cat was curious and investigated everything, but used the old one. Then I put a little bit of her business into the new litter box twice (thanks to the first review) and made the entrance to the old litter box difficult to access.

Well, from that point on, the new toilet and I were winners. She loves it, took to it immediately, and sometimes even sits in the (always clean) toilet.

All in all, a great success, the shop is always ready to help with advice and support... Cleaning is incredibly easy, I find the options and app very good, the work is made easier enormously.

Choosing the largest model was absolutely the right decision, and I would wholeheartedly recommend the additional cat ladder.

Great litter box for kittens!

It looks really great! The seller even included an entrance curtain. My sweet cat was very curious at first, so I simply put a little bit of his litter into the new litter box, and presto, he got used to it very quickly.
