Hello, Unfortunately, strong odors sometimes emanate from the toilet. Also, some parts were missing. The stairs were sent later, but I don't know if they included a scent or perfume. To be honest, I was disappointed. :(((

Unfortunately, parts of the order still haven't been delivered. The stairs are still missing. Hence only 3 stars.

After much consideration and research, I finally decided on this automatic litter box.

Admittedly, I was very skeptical about the effort involved, whether my cat would accept the litter box, etc. It's not cheap, and once used, it's over... so it was a "risky purchase," I thought... but things turned out differently:

The fact that I even took this "risk" was certainly due to the colleague on the phone at the shop. You can tell when someone knows what they're doing and wants the customer to be satisfied... and that's not common anymore. 5 stars to Twopoint!

Now back to the toilet. It arrived quickly and well packaged. The workmanship is excellent, and the design is well thought out.

Unpacked, plugged in, read the instructions... connected to the 2.4 GHz WiFi (every normal router has this, even the new ones because of compatibility), added the litter (bentonite works great) and set it up in the app as I thought.

I placed the old litter box next to it and waited. My cat was curious and investigated everything, but went to the old one. Then I put some of her business in the new one twice (thanks to the first review) and made the entrance to the old one difficult to access.

Well, from that point on, the new toilet and I were a winner. She's thrilled, has accepted the toilet immediately, and sometimes even sits in the (always clean) toilet.

All in all, a great success; the shop is always ready to help with advice and support. Cleaning is incredibly easy, I find the options and app very good; it makes work a lot easier.

The decision to go for the largest model was absolutely the right one and I would also wholeheartedly recommend the additional cat ladder.

This looks absolutely fantastic! The seller even included an entrance curtain. My sweet cat was really curious at first, so I simply put a little of his poop in the new litter box, and he quickly got used to it.
