The luggage rack for the Ado 20s fits perfectly and is also easy to install. Tools are included. It looks good, is very sturdy, and all standard bags fit. The mudguards, however, are questionable. The included plastic ones are perfectly adequate in my opinion. The rear one is a bit shorter than the steel one, but this makes it easier to transport.
The rear steel mudguard was scratched during transport (delivery took 20 days) and had several severe dents. Very unsightly and unbearable on such a great bike. 5 stars nonetheless. Support responded immediately and offered me new mudguards. For the reasons stated above, I declined to replace them. Twopoint offered me a 50% discount, which I gladly accepted.
So, 5 stars for honest and fair support. And 5 stars for the high-quality luggage rack. Always happy to use!
