Warranty and complaints

Warrantysperiod:

The legal warranty is two years.

 

 How to file your complaint:

 In the event of a defect in the product during the warranty period, please contact us via our email address or via our website. If your product was not purchased directly from Twopoint Store , please contact your seller. In the event of a complaint, please always send us a detailed description of the defect and your order details (name, order number and order date).

 

 

What happens next?

 If you submit a claim, you understand and accept that you may need to return or ship the product to us or our authorized service company for further inspection.

 If the product is defective in materials or workmanship and your claim is received within the warranty period, Twopoint Store is responsible for repair and replacement as well as shipping to and from your location (only within the country or region in which the product was originally purchased).

 

 Twopoint Store will at its sole discretion:

  • repair the product with new or refurbished parts or 
  • replace the product with a new product or with a product made from new or refurbished parts and at least functionally equivalent to the original product, or
  • replace the product with a new and improved model that has at least one equivalent or improved function to the original product.

 

Which defects are not compensated?

Each complaint is assessed individually by us, but the following complaints are not covered by the warranty

  • Incorrect or excessive use of the article
  • Always read the product instruction manual before use!
