2. Soaking time: For stubborn or dried stains, allow water and detergent to soak in for approximately 20 minutes before continuing treatment.
3. Scrubbing: After the surface is well moistened, scrub the stain with a brush to loosen it.

- The UWANT D100 is not suitable as a pure vacuum cleaner because it sprays water in the first five seconds of dry vacuuming to protect the HEPA filter from clogging.
- To check whether water continues to be dispensed after the first 5 seconds, remove the cover over the brush roller, restart the device, select Dry Mode and check Water coming out of the nozzle. If water continues to come out after 5 seconds, the device is defective. In this case, the device must be sent for inspection and repair.
- Check whether the nozzle or tube is clogged and clean it.

The usage time of your Uwant D100 varies depending on the operating mode:
- Dry mode: The battery life can be up to 35 minutes.
- Smart mode: The battery life is approximately 24 minutes, which is normal is.
- Turbo mode: The battery life is approx. 20 minutes.
The stated battery life of up to 35 minutes refers to the maximum possible duration that can be achieved in dry mode.
To avoid water stains when using the D100, please note the following recommendations:
1. Use the correct ratio of cleaning solution: Make sure you use the correct amount of cleaning solution. For the D100 the recommended ratio is 1:30 (1 liter of water and 30 milliliters of solution). The right mixture can significantly improve the cleaning result.
2. Make slow and steady movements: Try to move the device evenly and calmly across the floor. This contributes to more even cleaning and reduces the risk of streaking.
3. Adjust the water level: Depending on the type of soil, streaks of water may be visible. To minimize this, experiment with water level settings to find the optimal balance for your particular soil type.
Yes, the D100 can theoretically also be used on carpets, but this is not optimal. Using the D100 only to vacuum carpets can easily clog the HEPA filter and affect suction performance. To counteract this, the D100 in dry mode sprays water onto the brush for the first 5 seconds to prevent the HEPA filter from clogging.
This can cause the carpet to become slightly wet, so we recommend using the D100 primarily on hard floors.
